Refund policy
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the goods arrive at your location damaged or defective, the return will be free of charge following prior coordination.
Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods
- that are not prefabricated and
- for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
- that are clearly tailored to personal needs
(e.g., personalized 3D prints, custom-made items, custom texts, individual dimensions, or colors).
This applies in accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item was delivered damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can arrange for a swift resolution.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used.
